Required fields identify your enquiry and allow us to respond. The form cannot be submitted without them. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive data in your message. This website does not use data for newsletters, profiling or automated decisions.
Recipients, hosting and security
Enquiries are accessible to authorised company staff and technical providers as needed to operate the website. The site and its MySQL database are hosted by OVHcloud. No advertising tool, embedded social network or external analytics service receives browsing data. Images and fonts are served locally. Subsequent email correspondence is handled in the company’s email system.
Administrator access is password-protected, forms use a security token and attempts are rate-limited. The website database is not an accounting archive. If an enquiry results in a contract, necessary data is processed separately according to applicable legal retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and exercise portability where applicable. Write to the address above describing your request. Proportionate identity verification may be requested if there is doubt. A response is normally provided within one month; a reasoned extension is possible in cases allowed by the GDPR.
